UPDATE: It has come to my attention that people are not wanting to book for this event because they don’t want to dress up in a vintage style. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO!! You can wear WHATEVER you WANT in any style, genre, era, etc!! The venue is a SUPER COOL NIGHTCLUB in the basement of the Hudson with dark brown leather furniture, crystal chandeliers, a bar, leather booths, and super cool wallpaper and accents! You don’t want FOMO so you better grab one for the remaining spot for this all day event!
If you know me, then you know that I am OBSSESSED with all things the Roaring Twenties and Speakeasy Clubs; I have loved everything about the era after watching Legends of The Fall as a teenager and in the last 5 years my love for it has grown, no idea why other than it’s such a classic, visually stimulating mood that suits my soul!! No joke, I am currently listening to Electro Swing Music because it mixes swing and EDM, both of which I love! Check out the playlist on Spotify for inspiration!
Last year I did a Speakeasy themed Styled Elopement and this year I thought how fun would a day of Vintage Glam Sessions be in this theme and the gorgeous venue (image below) Sub Rosa seems absolutely perfect for this!
So grab a Fedora, some vintage-style lingerie & accessories and let’s do this!!!! Or just bring whatever you love to wear and let’s get some sultry moody photos in this amazing space!
Vintage Speakeasy Boudoir is just so classy while still being sexy AF and I am so here for it!!
On April 29th Kelly Szott Boudoir, Bellamona Beauty, and Sub Rosa are bringing the ladies of Calgary, for the first time, this incredibly sexy, moody, and uniquely decadent boudoir photo shoot design to life; for JUST 6 ladies ONLY!! You will get to sip champagne, eat chocolate covered strawberries, use the full “speakeasy-themed” bar that patrons only get to visit for special events on Fri/Sat nights; it has leather couches, a secret-exclusive vibe, vintage chandeliers and decor, plus you can wear my gorgeous hollywood-esque fluffy robes (black, red, champagne, and blush pink), get professional makeup (hair is an extra fee, but I do recommend it if you want the vintage look for your hair), play with cigars (unlit) and go home feeling like a BAD ASS GODDESS!!
